Dear sir ,madam I have front 4 teeth dental caps since 9 years .. swollen and bleeding gums issues every day.  Please suggest, not able to consult dentist in this pandemic. Thank you

Use chlorhexidine mouthwash for. Time being Morning and night half n hour after brushing for 10.days When you have long span bridges get a water flosser

For bleeding n swollen gums you may need professional cleaning of teeth. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Use mouthwash. You can also use dental floss. Brush twice a day. Maintaine good oral hygiene as much as you can. Stay safe n healthy

Brushing twice daily, and mouthwash after brushing.. basically maintaining oral hygiene will help you. Get cleaning done as soon as you visit your dentist
