Hello. It’s safe to visit a Dentist in these times. All operatories follow COVID guidelines prioritising patients comfort and safety. On clinical examination, appropriate treatment can be rendered. I would suggest do not delay. This inflammation in gums often recedes gums with further spread of infection with underlying bone loss and weak teeth. Sooner you get treated, the better
Use chlorhexidine mouthwash for. Time being
Morning and night half n hour after brushing for 10.days
When you have long span bridges get a water flosser
For bleeding n swollen gums you may need professional cleaning of teeth.
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Use mouthwash. You can also use dental floss. Brush twice a day. Maintaine good oral hygiene as much as you can.
Stay safe n healthy
Brushing twice daily, and mouthwash after brushing.. basically maintaining oral hygiene will help you. Get cleaning done as soon as you visit your dentist
