Bleeding and pregnant

Hi i just recently got a positive pregnancy test but im bleeding like its my normal period but im still showing signs of pregnancy and the signs are increasing foods are making me more sick i have dicharge coming from my nreast its getting worse by day brown coloration in my nipples fatigue urge to throw up more and been using the bathroom alot more.

If ur pregnancy test s positive and u r bleeding heavily..then u may ne in incomplete abortion.. Go to a nearby hospital and get urself examined. U may also need to do an ultrasound pelvis to look for retained products of conception or fetal viability. Initiate a direct consult for further management
