Bleeding and lumps during urination

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello. I am a 21 years old sexually active female who was diagnosed with UTI 3 months back. Today from the morning I notice blood after urination (which is surely not periods) along with very small white lump (apparently tissue) . I am totally confused about what is happening and would be thankful to any assistance.
