Bleeding and Cramping

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had abortion pill for 5week of pregnancy last month and I got period for 6days normal 3days and 3days heavy and I got stop the pain was not so heavy I took ibuprofen for pain management but now after a month I got my normal period but Iam in very much pain Iam bleeding and I can't take the pain.. What do I do..
