Diagnosis: Recto Vaginal Fistula in a case of metastatic CA Cervix. After getting discharge from hospital, still now she is having vaginal discharge,bleeding & stool coming out from her vagina. Vaginal douching had been given... HRCT Thorax & CXR(P/A woundsigital-had been done... Fever is coming... Abdomen pain some times.. Vaginal & rectum skin internal & external rashes and wounds found... Any suggestions please help...

Already answered your question ... Douching is a continuous procedure.. Need to be done continuously to gradually decrease foulsmell and diacharge.. External ulcers can be treated with local antibiotic powders and ointments Pain can be controlled with medications.. Vaginal swab culture with specific antibiotic can decrease fever.. Get opinion at your treating physician
