Bleeding Again - During Period Of My Wife I Had Sex With Her 3Rd

During period of my wife I had sex with her 3rd day. And give her unwanted 72 on 68th hour after unprotected sex. After 10 days she got her period again with abdominal pain. Is this any emergency?
