Bleeding after taking unwanted72

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had intercourse at 16aug , i was already on periods regulation tablet as im a pcod patient, i took unwanted72 at the same day of intercourse , i got bleeding and spotting till 11days after that, is it safe from pregnancy, plus can i now continue with my regulation tablets for next month?
