Bleeding After Taking Pill - I Had Sex On My Third Day Of

I had sex on my third day of periods (periods were very light for that month) then took unwanted 72 within 24 hours after 2-3 days i started bleeding (black/dark brown fluid) like regular periods and its the 4th day of bleeding. I am periods regular.
