Bleeding after successful abortion.

Hello Doctor I'm very worried currently. So very light bleeding has started from morning. It gave me signals yesterday but i ignored because it was like 2- 3 drops only abd that too blood wasn't very red or thick. Today also, blood wasn't thick or very red. Now I'm not sure if the bleeding is happening from pee hole or vagina. Also, I'd an abortion by having mifepristone (10th August) and misoprostol (12th August) under doctor's prescription. I'd started bleeding on 12th itself till 16th or 17th August. Then i went for the follow up on 20th August, she checked via sonogram and everything was perfectly fine. There was no pregnancy too. Now I'm worried about this abnormal bleeding which is like wound's bleeding. Though the itching is happening since last 2 3 days.
