Bleeding after sex, pain in stomach

Me and my boyfriend have been sexually active for at least a month now and each time i bleed and its a heavy bleeding, and now im having some pain in my stomach and it hurts everytime i have sex right in the lower area of my stomach. I dont know what to think it is and i googled it and it said it could be a number of things including an STD, i jus really need some advice
