Bleeding after periods

Asked for Female, 20 Years

My periods got over a week back. I took an ipill just some days ago and started bleeding this morning accompanied with stomach ache. It's not light bleeding and the blood is not as that of period blood. Is there anything wrong or is it just the side effect of the pill?
