Bleeding after periods

Hi doctor This month is unusual that I started spotting drops (3-4 )of blood on the 8-10th day after my periods . I consulted a gynaecologist and she told me to take follicular avan on the 12th and 14th day . 12th day -uterine was thickness-4.5 mm with rt ov foll- df1-20.5*16.9 and df2-10.6*9.8mm and left ov foll-NDF- no free fluid in POd 14th day scan -Left ov -13*10mm with minimum fluid in pelvis and uterine thickness 3mm . tab-progynova . What’s the reason for bleeding
