Bleeding after medical abortion
Hi All, In month of June I had aborted due to some issues to baby d&c also done but after doctor suggested desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tables for level my hormones upto 21 days I used this pills ... Aborted happend in June 23 and bleeding continues upto July 12th and I visited my doctor she suggested ethamsylate tranexamic tablets for reduce the blood flow... Wt happend is July 22nd I got my period and August 4th again periods then again August 14th got periods and still some spotting I can see in brown colour from yesterday onwards I'm taking ethamsylate tranexamic tablets because of this spotting. Can you please suggest after abortion it will like the same or due to hormone tablets it is happening or need to consult doctor Kindly give me suggestions 🙏

First get an ultrasound done to confirm if abortion was complete. If ultrasound is normal,  do not worry about irregular periods- its common after abortion.

Do ultrasound uterus and ovaries and endometrial thickness to see for retained products of conception
