Bleeding after intercouse

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am 34 yrs old & had a total hysterectomy 8.5 years ago due to ovarian cancer. Yesterday around noon I began bleeding, bright red & heavy, during intercourse. I have spotted in the past but never bleeding like this. It has continued since then & I have severe cramps like menstrual cramping. I know bleeding can be normal but at what point should I be concerned?
