Bleeding after fingering even after 7day

Asked for Female, 18 Years

It's been 7days since my bf fingered me ..and still I m bleeding even though blood is little compared to initial days and moreover now a new problem has arisen that I m feeling like to pee every 30-40mins although I m drinking very less water..what can it happen??looking forward to your reply as fast as possible because I can't tell my parents
