Bleeding after consumption of ipill

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I was in my starting stage (2nd day) of periods and had very less bleeding ( just drops ) and had unprotected sex. Eventhough no evacuation to my vagina directly occured still i took unwanted 72 ipill within 22 hours. Eventually my periods stopped Now , its the 4 th day after the intercourse and now i am having heavy bleeding. Am i pregnant .
