Bleeding after 7 days after taking ipill

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Me and my partner had unprotected sex on 16th June. I took an ipill within 24 hours. I started bleeding 5 days before my last cycle. The bleeding was light and it lasted for only 2 1/2 days. I'm having severe cramps in lower abdomen since the day it started bleeding. Are there any chances of being pregnant? Should I take a pregnancy test?
