Bleeding after 42days

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I had my last period sep 4. During my 35th day i checked using pregnancy test kit it was showing positive with 2 lines lightly.today i have bleeding(42nd day).day before yesterday i consulted doctor she took blood test and scan.she told me take folic acid and progesterone.in the scan report it was mentioned no yolk sac present. i want to confirm whether can i have hope that I am pregenant still.

Seems it's a blighted ovum as u had bleeding , however u need to get a repeat scanning done after two weeks if there is no bleeding to clear this issue .
