Bleaching Vaginal discharge. With me?

I went to the gynaecologist about one week back and she prescribed clingen forte and fas 3 kit for my mixed bacterial function as my symptoms are slightly excessive white vaginal discharge that hardens once dried up on the underwear and bleaches the underwear and also chemicalized smell and itchiness around vulva. I finished inserting clingen forte for one week and consuming fas 3 kit in one day. It's been one day since I've been off my meds and the symptoms have not changed. They are still the same. Can someone tell me what exactly is the problem? Why is it not subsiding or becoming better? The vaginal discharge is white and last time i was sexually active was 1/2 months ago. Protection was not used. I've been getting my periods regularly. Please don't ask me to consult with you online cause i don't have the funds so just tell me what's wrong with me?
