  4. Blanched area around nipple. Doctors?

Blanched area around nipple
Got married last month. Recently noticing breast area around left nipple the brown part a bit blanched as if got compressed & now devoid of blood flow. No pain, no irritation , complete asymptomatic. But am scared, please help please respond doctors
