Hi... Dark skin in underarms and neck is due to acanthosis nigricans. This is a hormonal imbalance associated with excess weight. So the best remedy is to lose weight. That is easier said than done. In the meantime, you can apply Xerigo cream twice daily to the dark areas. Juvenis Clinic in Bombay offers lipobodysculpting... Which is body shaping by removing excess deposits of fat. This has a huge impact on overall body fat content. You can see photos of patients who have undergone similar procedure on the website www.juvenis.in. connect with me via the clinic for a video consultation if you intend to know more about this procedure. It is the safest form of body shaping procedure in the world.
