Attaching photo I am suffering from serborric dermatitis near the eye and nose and when I clear my eye this blackness dust like comes out and sometimes water In the morning what can be the cause pls help

Hello, Although this appears like kohl, it is best to consult an ophthalmologist.  Seborrheic means related to dandruff, not what this looks like. Black discharge from the eye has a number of causes, which must he properly excluded.
