Blackhead problem on face

Hi, Mere chehre pe black heads aa rahe.. I had used melalite xl cream but koi asar nahi huva. Please suggest me some medicine for shine face and how to remove black heads.

Hi Acne present in various forms like pustules , black heads / white heads/ comedones.... genetic predisposition and hormonal changes being common factors... avoid calorie rich diet, food with more cholesterol contents .... drink excess of water .... if more or severe consult dermatologist for removal....
