My son is premature and now he is 3 months old. Today i noticed his tongue colour change to blackish. Should I be worried? Is it normal? Should I rush to hospital? Please guide

Is the whole tongue or the upper surface?.....if whole tongue ,get immediate pediatric consultation...if only dostum it can b black hairy tongue, not a serious entity, will resolve in few days with proper care
