Most such pigmentations are harmless and due to excess melanin production. It is nothing to worry about. However if you are very concerned consult a physician

On photo appearance, This doesn’t seem something worrisome. If it changes in size rapidly then you may need to review. Such lesion that may change shape and location may also happen. But you may not need to worry unless they show a sudden change in appearance. Or change in texture etc
Next Steps
If you are concerned or require a concrete opinion, Best assessment is done in person though as photo cannot give us the “feel” and other aspects of the lesion. So if you can bring her to consult in person it’s better.
