Black spot on tongue

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello doctor today I noticed a very small black dot on the side of tongue. Today I gargle with very hot water and lot of salt. Because I have swelling in my wisdom teeth after few hours of gargling I see very tiny black spot on my tongue like a mole. Please help me what is this or any thing serious. Please help me. I attached photo. Please help me. I am so much scared

That seems to be bleeding point. For wisdom tooth just gargle will not be enough. Apply ice to swelling from outside 4-5 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
