Black spikes in stool

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Good morning sir/madam. I am 39 years old Male suffering from black spikes in stool for the last one month. Some times there is burning sensation at anal region while passing stool. I have done my occult stool blood test and the report is negative. I don't have stomach pain. What is my health problem pls clarify. Thank you.
