I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Depression often impacts decision-making, leading to self-sabotaging behaviors. It’s not your fault—this is a symptom of the condition. Since you’ve resumed Nexito, give it time and ensure regular follow-ups with your doctor. Therapy, especially CBT, can help you understand and manage these behaviors. Take small steps: pause before decisions, journal your thoughts, and build a support system. Self-care through exercise, sleep, and mindfulness can also improve your mood. Recovery takes time, so be patient and kind to yourself. If you ever feel overwhelmed, don’t hesitate to seek immediate help. You’re not alone in this.
