Black Neck and Uneven Skin Tone

Hello, I am a 19 years old male and I have a problem of a dark neck and uneven skin tone on my neck and face. I also have problemss such as dark spots eventual acnes and my arms are way darker than other body parts. I am obese my weight is 135kgs and height is 5.9ft and I also have thyroid which I have been taking medication for.
