it appears that there is a black spot on the back of your teeth. Without a professional dental examination, it is difficult to provide a definitive diagnosis. However, there are a few possibilities for the cause of the black spot: Tooth decay: The black spot could be an indication of tooth decay or a cavity. It is important to have a dental professional examine your teeth to determine the extent of the decay and recommend appropriate treatment. Stain or discoloration: The black spot may be a stain or discoloration caused by various factors such as food, beverages, or smoking. Dental cleaning and professional teeth whitening treatments can help remove such stains. Tartar or calculus buildup: If the black spot is located near the gumline, it could be a buildup of tartar or calculus. This occurs when plaque hardens and can only be removed by a dental professional during a dental cleaning. It is recommended to schedule an appointment with a dentist for a thorough examination. They will be able to evaluate the black spot, take X-rays if necessary, and provide an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Regular dental check-ups and maintaining good oral hygiene practices, including proper brushing and flossing techniques, can help prevent and address dental issues.

Looks like dental caries/cavity. You need to visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (filling/RCT- as  required)
