Black dots on face

My sister had lot of small black dots on her face. She is very much confused to how to get rid of that. She dnt want to go for any surgey nor laser treatment.the mark is 2 to 3 mm wide and is on the surface of skin i. E nor mounted nor deep. Some are vet dark n some r less .
in hindi term I think it is called till(mole) . Plz help thankyou.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If it's really "til", then nothing much can be done about it.
There is no cream or any face wash available to remove the til.
You could have attached a picture along with this question so that we could have got a better idea.
Kindly consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
