Black brownish urine drops
My last period was October 30 th when I tested December 1st it was negative on 40th, 45thday also negative but Wednesday on 50th day it is positive in scan they couldn't find pregnancy so done beta hcg and the bhcg is 560.40 so doctor confirmed pregnancy...now morning when i passed the urine it was normal but last 2 drops was blackish...i got very afraid...can you please say is it indicates any problem

1. Any symptoms of fever or urinary problems like burning or frequent micturition or dysuria 2. Confirm once whether blackish drops came with urine or from genital tract 3. We should repeat the bhcg after 48 hours of the last bhcg value and as per the bhcg we can decide for repeat USG

An effort should be made to exclude an ectopic pregnancy. It can be done by sonography. If uterus still doesn't show a pregnancy sac and beta HCG level is rising then ectopic pregnancy is the diagnosis.

Transvaginal scan will pick up a pregnancy only after bhcg titers more than 1000

Get a ultrasound done to confirm pregnancy. And you should consult your gynaecologist
