Bitter Mouth, dry throat, Constipation
My mother 61 years, when she wakes up in the morning or in the nighttime feels bitter Mouth and burping problem. She also suffers from dry throat and sometimes breathing difficulty. Also, she suffered from fullness of stomach and burning sensation in stomach. Also, she is suffering from acute constipation. Yesterday night, she took Pan D capsule which did not help bitter Mouth. Could you prescribe any medicine?

Continue Tab. Pan D twice daily before food for 2 weeks. Can add Syr Gaviscon 2 tsp thrice daily after food for 7 days
