Bite by a dog and anti-rabies vaccines
I was scratched by teeth through a dog on my hand about 12 yrs ago.There was some blood too.i can't tell the position of the dog.I had not vaccinated that time.can i take PEP(post) now, as incubation period can vary up to 19 yrs? will it be effective?please reply.
