Birth control pills
Hi am 31 years female ..soon I am planing to get married so I wanna know which one is the good birth control way is it pill or any other way... I wanna know any good birth control pill.. But as I am pcod and diabetics type 2 patient I don't want something which can interpret my hormone levels more... So something less risky and effective pill? I heard shehali pills is non hormone birth control pill? Can I use it? Advise

With age at 31,PCOD and Diabetic 2...its good to marry and have pregnancy first rather than postponing it...if you really want can go for saheli or intrauterine device.
