I want to knw which contraceptive pill should I take?
I hv been sexually active for quite a while but hv nvr used these pills.
Now I want to switch to contraceptive pills which u r supposed to take daily.
My health condition is fine n hv regular period cycle. I'm bit underweight though but hv no disease. I do smoke and drink occasionally.
Please also help me with how to start taking them n how to stop using them n after how many days of taking them will I be able to hv unprotected sex without (or minimal) chance of getting pregnant .

Low dose hormonal contraceptive like yaz is good.you can start from 1 st day of periods and take at fixed time daily for 28 days.dont miss the pill.while you are taking last 4 tabs period will come,dont stop the pill in pds.after last 28 th pill start new packet.In this way there is no pill free period.
