I HV taken the novelon tablet on 4th day of my period and by mistake I HV taken that tablet from last tht is last tablet I HV taken instead of 1st is it safe because in pack they HV given arrows Taking tablet one hour late than last night is it ok if I take late or I HV to take same time all day
