Asked for Female, 20 Years

I've been on the combined birth control pill since March 2, 2018, so four months now. I have never missed not one pill. I have taken it every day at the exact same time. I'm on the 12th pill of my current pack, and I've noticed I have breast soreness and tenderness during this time. I experienced this in my last pill pack during the second week as well. I am sexually active, so I'm just making sure I'm not pregnant. Thank you for any answers you can give me!!
