Birth control
I’ve been on a birth control(deprovera) since April (2017) the following November I got my period and am still on it to this day(December 18). I know that spotting and bleeding is normal when starting a birth control but is it normal for me to have my period this long since I’ve been on the birth control for several months? I recently stopped taking a bipolar disorder medication, could this be an effect of why I have my period now?

This birth control inj. has side effect of irregular bleeding. As you are young and possibly unmarried, it would be better for you to take regular birthcontrol pills like Ovral L from 5thday of your period.
