Birth Control and Possible Pregnancy
If I suspect that conception has occurred but am unsure if early implantation has happened or not, would stopping my birth control pill at this time cause me to lose the fertilized egg? I'm concerned that I will have a withdrawal bleed and if the egg is/or is not implanted yet, that I would lose the pregnancy.

It is not necessary every patient should get implantation bleeding after conception. If you have crossed the due date then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.
