I was treated for tnbc in 2021 with chemotherapy and radiation.. Now during follow up mammography and usg showed changes so biospy was done..Would like to know is it cancer reccurence. Attaching biospy report.

Yes this is suggestive of recurrence in breast . However would like to review the previous history details to advise further management steps IHC can be done on this biopsy to know whether it's TNBC or hormone positive
