  4. Binge eating. My cycle or ovulation?

Binge eating
I have binge eating disorder and it's because of stress. So doctor prescribed me flunil 20mg, aspritto 2mg and topaz 50mg for a period of 21 days . I started the medication yesterday. I want to have a baby by this year too. I want to conceive in 2/3 months. Is it going to harm my cycle or ovulation ? I am overweight by 5/6 kgs.
