Hi, I am having a problem of binge eating, even if I am not hungry I eat and when I eat i eat too much.. When I am angry or depressed or have anxiety food is what makes me happy because of which I have put on a lot of weight which has made me so lazy that I don't even feel like exercising.. I have started having a lot of problems with the gaining weight.. Whom should I consult regarding this?
