What is mothers Blood group?? and what is a baby's blood group??Jaundice in 1st week is normal in all newborns and and treatment depends on The mother's blood group and baby's blood group. It is called a physiological jaundice of newborn.

Initial treatment is morning sunlight. If it is persistently increasing, Then consult pediatrician. Because there are multiple other causes than physiological jaundice.

Sunlight has no role in jaundice.. kindly do proper consultation... don't ignore the jaundice
