Bilateral Pneumonia with RA & HEP B
MY FATHER IS SUFFERING FROM SEPSIS WITH BILATERAL FIBRO CYSTS IN BOTH LUNGS WITH FEW EMPHYSAMTOUS BULLAE IN THE LEFT. CARDIO VASCULAR STRUCTURES ARE NORMAL. MILDLY ENLARGED PRE TRACHEAL AND AORTO-PULMONARY NODES ARE IDENTIFIED. TRACHEA AND THE MAIN BRONCHI ARE NORMAL. BILATERAL SMALL DEPENDENT PLEURAL EFFUSION ARE PRESENT. HE IS ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL & TREATING DOCTORS SUGGEST THAT THE UNDERLYING REASON OF THE ENLARGED NODES IS PNEUMONIA. WHAT IS UR DIAGNOSIS? TREATABLE? HOW? TREATMENT DURATION?
