Bilateral notches during second trimeste

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi I am 19 weeks pregnant and detected with bilateral notches my doctor has prescribed me ecosprin 150 mg up to 34 weeks my pi value are right 1.56 and left 1.66 . My question is it safe to take ecosprin during pregnancy and please throw some light on what is bilateral notches means and if I need any lifestyle change. Note: Baby grow is normal when I went for anamoly scan on 19 weeks.

ecospirin is safe in pregnancy . we prescribe it to increase and maintain blood flow to.the baby . bilateral notches means that there r chances that there is some resistance to the blood reaching the baby and that you have a risk of developing hypertension in pregnancy so you should have a salt restricted diet.
