Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy
My son is having lymph near his neck, wen we did USG we found "multiple enlarged bilateral level ii iii and v cervical lymphadenopathy are noted with preserved fatty hilum largest measuring 28.3 * 10.0 mm at level II on right side and 24.1 x 12.5 mm at level II left side. No necrosis / conglomeration" Please let us know what does this means.

Cause of it could be as simple as tonsillitis, pharyngitis too. History and examination are vital. Physical consultation is mandatory.
