Bilateral infantile poly crystic kidney
My wife is 16 weeks pregnant and undergone TIFFA scan yesterday, while scanning he noticed low ammonatic fluid of 2.8 and Bilateral infantile poly crystic kidney was seen for feotus and report is attached. Please find the scanning repeot and do needful Docter advised to drink arigen powder to increase fluid in womb and scan after 20days. I want to know the exactly what we should do

Hi thanks for writing to Practo.  You need to follow up with your doctor as advised by them. They will have to monitor  the AFI ( amniotic fluid index) and Lung maturity ( at later date). Also have to monitor for other parameters like is hydronephrosis present , is baby growing well etc.
