Bilateral Hydronephrosis of 1 month boy
USG KUB report for my one month baby boy -Right kedney is normal in size & shows normal corticomedullary differentiation. Cortical thickness is normal . No evidence of any renal calcuit or mass . Right kedney shows moderate hydroneprotic change . ( Right kedney _ 5.5 cm ) Left kedney - 5.8 cm & all other same like right kedney. Ureter - Dilated. Uninery bladder showes thickednd wall. Post void study shows 17cc urine in the urinary bladder. Proximal posterior urethra dilated due to narrow in posterior urethra. Sir , I want to know what is the next step for further management. What is the current condition of my baby? Surgery needed or not? What should I do at this time?
