Bilateral hemmorganic cyst

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Bilateral hemmorganic cyst in both ovaries 3.2 cm in right 5.2 cm in left ovary. Bulky ovaries too. Period regular 30 day cycle but nou getting pregnant. Is cyst is reason ...? Cure with medicine or need surgery...?
